What would you do when you relize that you are NOT able to board the plane to Vietnam unless you have an authorized visa approval letter (or e-visa) in hand? Time is running out and your e-visa application is still "in processing". Obviously you will need help from a professional Vietnam visa agency to speed up your visa process or arrange an emergency visa on arrival for you.

Who need super urgent Vietnam visa in Canberra, New South Wales and Sydney, Australia?

We have noticed that some travelers, including the Australian citizens and foreigners residing in Australia, are denied boarding the plane to Vietnam because they don't have an e-visa or visa approval letter for Vietnam.

From the international airports in Australia, you can easily make an online application for emergency Vietnam visa or speed up your pending e-visa for Vietnam:

Of course, you can select to cancel the flight and catch the next one. However, the cost of changing the flight and possible canceling the reserved trip to Vietnam far outweighs the price you pay for emergency visa service. If there is a chance, why you don't seize it.

Speed up the pending e-visa or apply for an emergency Vietnam visa?

If you applied for an e-visa several days ago and it is still pending now, we can help you speed up the visa process

Why your e-visa application take longer than 3 working days?

The e-visa application is typically approved within 3 - 5 working days. However, if your visa application need to be amended due to incorrect information or photos, it will take longer.
Below are the common mistakes that the Australian applicants may encounter when applying for Vietnam e-visa:

  • The fullname in the visa application doesn't match the passport:
    You may miss your middle name, or it doesn't match the ICAO line if you1 have a long name. Some people don't have the surname in the passport that they don't know how to fill in the form, that will be a problem;
  • Number zero or letter "O"?
    If you can not distinguish between the letter "O" and the number zero 0 in the passport number you fill in the form incorrectly and the visa application will be denied;
  • The date of birth or the passport date of expiry is incorrect:
    Please note that, the typical date format using in the visa application form should be DD-MM-YYYY. If you filled the form with the MM-DD-YYYY format, it will cause an error. Some people have a passport with only year of birth, in this case the visa application should be filled in with the date of 01-01-YYYY
  • The address in Vietnam is incorrect:
    If you entered the address in Vietnam with the name of hotel only, the visa will not be approved. Please contact the hotel where you will stay for the exact address;
  • The photo of passport or the portrait photo is not qualified:
    Your photo must be taken at good quality that the immigration officers can read all the passpot data. Your portrait photo can not be cropped from the passport but it should be a selfie photo taken at present on the white background;
If you haven't applied for Vietnam e-visa yet, you can start an immediate visa application with us:
- In order to get the visa done in the same day, you will need a visa on arrival (that goes with a visa approval letter issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department and the stamping fee 25 USD in cash)
- In order to get the visa done by the next day (at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM at noon or 18:00 Vietnam time), you can apply for a rush e-visa (no stamping fee is required)

If you haven't applied for e-visa yet and you would like to enter Vietnam on the next days, please make a rush visa application with an appropriate processing time.

If you expect to receive the visa in the same day, you will need a visa on arrival instead. Please send us the photo of passport, the date of arrival and the arrival airport.

After 4 working hours or 1 working day, we will complete the visa approval letter to send to your email. As soon as you received the visa approval letter, you need to check it against the passport to ensure everything is correct and print it out (color is preferred but not required; black and white copy is accepted) and bring along with your passport, 2 passport photos (at passport-sized) and stamping fee 25 USD in cash to board the flight.
