Recently, I have applied for 3 months Vietnam visa for a vacation via e-Vietnamvisa.com. In the approval letter issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department, it is said that I am permitted to enter and exit Vietnam for purpose of business activities. Does it cause any problem with my entry and how can I fill in M3 form (Entry and exit form) at the purpose of visit?

Be kindly explained that 3 months visa is granted for business purpose as default by Vietnam Immigration Department. You can certainly use it for your vacation without any problems.
In M3 form (Entry and exit form), you should write the purpose of visits as “TOURISM”. Actually, you enter Vietnam for tourism purposes and you’ll never do business use on it.
