How to apply emergency Vietnam visa for Tet holiday 2019?
In 2019, the Vietnamese Tet holiday will last for 9 days, from February 2nd, 2019 until the end of February 10th, 2019. During this time, all the Vietnamese organizations and agencies will not work. People spend time with family, visiting relatives, traveling or enjoying cultural activities.
During Vietnamese Tet holiday, the Vietnam Immigration Department and all the Vietnamese government organizations including the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate abroad will not work. Electronic visas (e-visas) and other visas service at the Vietnam Embassy will open until the end of February 1st, 2019. Visa on arrival applied after February 1st, 2019 will be processed on February 11th, 2019 as the normal processing.
During this time, many foreigners may encounter difficulties in obtaining entry visas. If you are unfortunately can not apply for a visa before February 1st, 2019 you can apply visa on arrival with overtime emergency service.

- Step 1: You access the website www.e-vietnamvisa.com and fill in information including personal information on passport, visa type and date of entry;
- Step 2: Proceed with payment by credit cards or PayPal;
- Step 3: Receive an approval letter visa within 6 to 12 hours by email and print it out for boarding;
- Step 4: Present passport with 6 months validity, printed visa approval letter, 2 passport-sized photos 4x6, stamping fee and receive entry visa to Vietnam;
You should avoid applying for an overtime visa during this time as the visa processing fee is not cheap. However, if you have urgent business or planned travel itinerary cannot be delayed, please use this visa service to avoid missed your visits to Vietnam during the exciting festive season.
